Compiling blueprints, specifications, and construction reports, studying environmental impacts, and working with construction managers to ensure the project is completed on time 

Assist the team in communicating the design, details, materials, and other nuances of the project to the client by adding value to the presentations. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure a smooth execution process.

No project gets to its potential without crisp and proper documentation. Complete documents relating to designs or construction, and submission documents for permits. 

Attention to detail, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions, and Ability to work under indirect supervision. Software skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion & Photoshop are a must.
