Brainstorming ideas, helping to create a schedule and budget, and reviewing project proposals 

Completing drawings, helping to plan and design buildings, and providing input on architectural designs 

Compiling blueprints, specifications, and construction reports, studying environmental impacts, and working with construction managers to ensure the project is completed on time 

Helping to present materials to clients and communicating with contractors about the status of a project 

Completing documents relating to designs or construction, and submitting documents for permits 

Attention to detail, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions, and Ability to work under indirect supervision. Software skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion & Photoshop are a must.
